These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MealRadar. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. About MealRadar
MealRadar is an AI-powered platform that helps users discover restaurant offers, deals, and promotions in their area.
Important: MealRadar is a discovery and information platform only. MealRadar is not a restaurant, merchant, payment processor, delivery service, or reservation platform. We do not sell food, process orders, handle payments, manage deliveries, or operate any dining establishment.
All deals, offers, and promotions displayed on MealRadar are provided by participating restaurants and third-party sources. MealRadar acts solely as an intermediary to surface this information to users.

4. Accounts
When you create a MealRadar account, you are responsible for:
Account security — maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and using a strong, unique password.

Prompt notification — notifying us immediately at legal@mealradar.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
MealRadar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law.

6. Restaurant Deals and Accuracy
MealRadar aggregates deal and offer information from restaurants and third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
MealRadar does not guarantee: deal availability, pricing, offer accuracy, merchant participation, or redemption availability. Restaurant deals may change or be discontinued without notice.
Restaurants may modify, pause, or cancel their deals at any time without notifying MealRadar.
Prices, terms, and conditions displayed on MealRadar may differ from what is offered at the restaurant.
Deal redemption is subject to the restaurant's own terms, availability, and staff discretion.
MealRadar is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated deal information.
We encourage you to confirm deal details directly with the restaurant before visiting.
7. AI Features
MealRadar uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience. Our AI systems are used to:
Categorize and tag restaurant offers automatically.
Personalize deal recommendations based on your preferences and location.
Improve search relevance and deal discovery.
Please note: AI-generated recommendations and categorizations may occasionally contain inaccuracies. They are intended to help you discover food deals and are not a substitute for your own judgment when deciding whether to visit a restaurant or redeem an offer.
MealRadar's AI features are not used to make legally significant decisions about you. We continuously work to improve their accuracy, but we cannot warrant that AI outputs are error-free.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to MealRadar, including reviews, favorites, preferences, and other information ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant MealRadar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.
You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights) and complies with these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MealRadar — including but not limited to the MealRadar name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, and data — are owned by MealRadar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership of or license to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the Service as described in these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
MealRadar may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services, including restaurant websites, maps, and social platforms. These third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
Restaurant deals listed on MealRadar are offered by independent third-party merchants. Any dispute regarding a deal, purchase, or dining experience is solely between you and the restaurant. MealRadar is not a party to those transactions.
We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you access through MealRadar.
11. Privacy
Your use of MealRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Service interruptions or unavailability.
Inaccurate or outdated deal information.
Any transaction or interaction between you and a restaurant or third party.
In any case, MealRadar's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using MealRadar at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us at legal@mealradar.app.
MealRadar may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice.
Your continued use of MealRadar after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
